K-Solv Fuels was established in 2021 by Russ Allen, a seasoned industry leader with decades of experience in environmental services and fuel recovery. Allen recognized the growing demand for environmentally conscious and efficient fuel solutions in the Gulf Coast region and led the development of a purpose-built facility in Anahuac, Texas.

At the heart of the site is a distillation tower, designed not only to support K-Solv Maritime’s barge cleaning operations but also to process waste fuels from a wide range of third-party providers. Under Allen’s leadership, the facility was built to prioritize safe handling, quality testing, and dependable customer service—quickly earning a reputation as a trusted partner for fuel recovery and reprocessing across the region.
